Next day dispatch for orders placed before 8am Monday to Friday.

Order Tracking
Once you place an order with Storemasta, weโll email you a confirmation that itโs being processed. When your item has been picked up by the carrier, youโll receive another email confirming the dispatch. This email contains your unique tracking ID which youโll be able to use to track your order.ย ย
Depending on the carrier, further communication by email or SMS iwill update you about the delivery status.ย
Exchange Policyย
Exchange or cancellation prior to dispatch is requested within 24 hours of placing your order. If you choose to exchange your item, no restocking fee will be charged.
Returns or Refunds
There is a 10% restocking fee for a return/refund of Storemasta products across all ranges.
Change of Mindย
Storemasta offers the convenience of a 14-day change of mind.
