Next day dispatch for orders placed before 8am Monday to Friday.

- VIC: 2 days
- NSW: 4 days
- SA: 4 days
- QLD: 5 days
- WA: 1 week
Please note that all delivery guidelines are based on in stock items and not those requested for manufacture.
Order Tracking
Once you place an order with Storemasta, we’ll email you a confirmation that it’s being processed. When your item has been picked up by the carrier, you’ll receive another email confirming the dispatch. This email contains your unique tracking ID which you’ll be able to use to track your order.
Depending on the carrier, further communication by email or SMS iwill update you about the delivery status.
Exchange Policy
Exchange or cancellation prior to dispatch is requested within 24 hours of placing your order. If you choose to exchange your item, no restocking fee will be charged.
Returns or Refunds
There is a 10% restocking fee for a return/refund of Storemasta products across all ranges.
Change of Mind
Storemasta offers the convenience of a 14-day change of mind.
