Founding the company in 1992, Director David Urquhart has spent over 30 years in the dangerous goods storage industry. With a background in sheet metal work, David's continued dedication to quality craftmanship and compliance, while embracing the latest technology and automation, has enabled Storemasta to become an industry leader. David oversees the strategic direction of the company and assists with growth projects.

Director

Joining Storemasta more than 7 years ago, Braden Urquhart has worked in all areas of the business. This broad experience has provided him with an in-depth understanding of dangerous goods storage and how to meet the needs of workplaces in any industry. Overseeing the Sales & Marketing Team, Braden has grown the inhouse and remote staff base, continuing to pursue service excellence and company growth. When he’s not on the phone or on the road, you’ll find Braden making a mean cup of coffee or indulging in his passion for cooking.

Special Project Manager

With extensive experience and expertise in the development of Storemasta dangerous goods storage and handling solutions, Lincoln Penhall has been with the company since 2006. As Special Project Manager, he is integral to the growth and refinement of the product range, working with all departments to ensure a successful outcome. Lincoln has managed multiple large projects including the development of a lube oil dispensing system for Glencore, the manufacturing of seven Lubstations for Lubrication Engineers, and a Temperature-Controlled Store for Class 3 Flammables for Note Printing Australia

Automation & Machine Programmer

As Storemasta’s Automation & Programming specialist, Grant is responsible for the programming of manufacturing machinery in the Tasmanian facility. He is focused on exploring new and improved ways to achieve manufacturing goals.When he’s not hard at work, you’ll find Grant playing his guitar and relaxing with friends.

Draftsperson

As Storemasta’s Draftsperson, Jai is the man responsible for
the design and technical aspects of our dangerous goods solutions. His role
includes designing accurate 3D models and technical drawings for the
manufacturing process. On the weekend, you’ll find Jay riding his motorbike, playing
guitar and spending time with his cat, Milo.

Procurement

In his Procurement role, Stevee's key duties are materials management, purchasing, vendor contacts and assisting with dispatch. When he's not at Storemasta, he ejoys spending time with
family/friends, running and playing sport.

Major Account Manager 

Joining the team in 2023, John brings his extensive experience in Sales & Marketing to the role. As Storemasta’s Major Account Manager, John ensures all clients are looked after and any opportunities for growth are met. Throughout his long career, John has worked with distributors and resellers – specifically on Electrical & Mechanical Safety projects. He has previously managed Sales & Support teams and enjoys the challenge of exceeding targets. John is based in the Melbourne office and regularly travels with his role. 

Administration 

Renae is one of Storemasta's longest serving employees, having been with the company since 2011. She is our friendly, dedicated all-round Customer Service Specialist who has a knack for effective problem solving. When she's not in the office, Renae likes to have some well-deserved fun with her two young boys.

Content Marketing Manager 

Leisa is a Griffith University graduate with 20 years of marketing experience. She enjoys storytelling through all digital channels including the Storemasta website, blogs, video and social media. A typical Queenslander, you'll find her spending any spare time on the beach, in a cafe or at a theme park with her kids.

Consultant 

One of our highest achieving (and modest) storage consultants, Alecia is a helpful and professional member of the team. Her favourite parts of being a Dangerous Goods Storage Consultant include helping customers with their enquiries and ensuring compliant solutions. She enjoys thinking outside the box and making things happen. When she’s not at work, Alecia likes running, going to the beach and spending some quiet time with family and friends. She is also a qualified massage therapist and works on digital marketing projects in her spare time.

With a background in Lean practices at Storemasta, Craig Ellis now joins our experienced team of Consultants. Understanding how to identify wastes, improve efficiencies and find new opportunities serves Craig well as he works with a range of industries to provide the right solution.

Consultant 

 Specialising in both inbound and outbound sales, Paul joined the team in 2023 and is based in the Melbourne office. Whether he’s working with a laboratory in the city or a rural mine site, he loves chatting with clients about their unique requirements. With a Geography Degree and module in Renewable energy, Paul specialises in  ilithium-ion battery storage and management solutions. 

Consultant

Joining the team of Storemasta Dangerous Goods Consultants in 2024, Lachie brings his big personality and cheeky sense of humour to work. A favourite with clients, Lachie is driven to provide the best advice and solution for each unique situation. And he doesn't mind a round of golf, game of cricket or a footy match in his spare time.

Consultant 

 As a Dangerous Goods Storage Consultant, Talarah loves creating life-long relationships with customers. She supports clients throughout their decision-making process with detailed information and chemical storage advice. Passionate about delivering sales objectives and strengthening repeat business, she is a true people person and a valued member of the team. In her spare time, you can find Talarah expressing herself through art – whether that’s designing, painting or sketching.

Consultant 

Joining the family business in 2023, Chavonne is a Dangerous Goods Consultant with an in-depth understanding of the industry. Previously working in Customer Support for Supply Chain, she enjoys working with all-various professions to deliver win-win solutions to risk management. She is passionate about innovation and thrives on helping others. In her downtime, Chavonne enjoys sports and connecting with friends and family.

Sales Support 

Karmela (otherwise known as ‘K’) is our tireless Sales Support expert, providing exceptional service to our customers and Storemasta team. Her duties include exploring challenges and goals with potential customers, connecting clients with valuable resources and quotes, and coaching inbound sales colleagues. K's an efficient and professional team member who can be relied upon to provide fast service and support. She’s also known for her generosity with staff members: sending surprise packages of donuts, handmade presents and other gifts. 

Customer Service  

As Storemasta’s Customer Service expert, Oliver manages a varied range of duties including the processing of orders, creating and sending invoices, liasing with logistics, and other customer service-related duties. His favourite part of the job is the feeling of satisfaction from helping customers with their dangerous goods storage requirements.

Sales Support

Joy is our friendly and helpful Sales Support team member. Commencing her role in early 2024, Joy manages a range of tasks including sales support, the creation of deals and quotes, reseller assistance, live chat enquiries and general processing or orders.

Her favourite part of her job is learning new things every day and working with a great team. When she’s not assisting our team and clients, you’ll find her watching Disney or Netflix, reading, playing with her dogs and enjoying a well-earned coffee.
